Please note:

  • Personalized products are created exactly according to the specifications you provide.

  • Electronic or decorative products may contain delicate components and must be handled with care.

  • Improper use or modification voids any warranty.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

  • Payment is made at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered.

  • For personalized products, production begins immediately after payment is received.

  • All orders are binding.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping usually takes place within 3–5 business days. Processing time may vary for personalized products.

  • Delivery times depend on the destination.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email (if supported by the carrier).

  • MediaEcke24.de is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers or force majeure.

5. Right of Withdrawal

a) Standard Products
For non-personalized products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.
You can find details in our Cancellation Policy.

b) Personalized Products
According to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for goods produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
This includes, in particular, our memorial prints and other custom-made items.

If a product arrives damaged or contains a production error despite correct customer input, please contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • MediaEcke24.de is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

  • Liability for indirect, consequential, or non-material damages is excluded.

  • Damage resulting from improper use or unauthorized modifications is excluded from liability.

7. Changes to the Terms

MediaEcke24.de reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication on this website.
Continued use of the website or placement of an order after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
