Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods — whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

This applies in particular to our memorial prints and other customized products, which are individually produced based on your input. Therefore, returns or cancellations are excluded.

However, if there is any reason for complaint (e.g., damage during delivery, printing errors despite correct input), please contact us immediately — we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
